Overview of Service Agreement
Payments: Payment is due at the end of the clean, cash or bank transfer is accepted, late payments may incur an extra charge.
Cancellations: Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost quoted.
Supplies: I bring all of the cleaning supplies and tools needed. If you prefer specific products, please provide them to us.
Satisfaction Guarantee: Not happy with the service ? Contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area with no extra charge. Refunds are not provided. Proof of areas missed need's to be proven for policy to be implemented.
Social Media: We may take photos and/or videos of our work for marketing. No personal details or identifying information will be shown.
You will be provided a copy of the service agreement when we visit your home, this needs to be read and signed before the clean can take place, if you are unsure of any of the terms listed, we will happily elaberate for you.
Our Policy 2026:
General Cleaning Conditions - Areas to be cleaned should be reasonably accessible and free from excessive clutter. Excessive clutter may prevent certain areas from being cleaned effectively. If you require assistance with sorting, organising or removing clutter, please enquire about our decluttering package.
Heavy Items & Furniture - For health and safety reasons, I do not lift, carry, push or move heavy furniture, appliances or any other heavy items. Cleaning will be completed around heavy items where access is restricted. Clients wishing areas behind or underneath heavy furniture to be cleaned should move these items prior to the appointment.
Health and Safety - I reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are deemed unsafe. This includes the presence of hazardous materials, aggressive animals, unsafe structures, excessive hoarding conditions or any situation that may pose a risk to health and safety.
Clutter and Organisation - Standard cleaning appointments do not include decluttering, organising, sorting belongings or moving large quantities of personal items. Surfaces should be cleared where possible before the appointment takes place to allow for a thorough clean. Cleaning quality may be affected in areas obstructed by clutter.
Biohazard and Specialist Cleaning - For health and safety reasons I do not clean or remove: Human or animal urine, human or animal feaces, vomit, blood or bodily fluids, hazardous waste, pest infestitations or pest-related waste. Properties requiring these services should be referred to a specialist biohazard or remediation company.
Right to refuse service - I reserve the right to refuse service where the property condition differs significantly from the description provided at the time of booking, health and safety risks are identififed, the requested work falls outside the scope of standard cleaning services.
